Iberik Santo Domingo Plaza Hotel

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Also there was a fridge and although there was no kettle, there was coffee available in reception from a machine at a cost. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The shared spaces such as reception were very pleasant and the breakfast area looked really nice, although we didn't have breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and informative. Even before we got to the hotel, we were a little bit lost and one of the staff coming home saw us and helped us even though it was a little late at night. We ask them to clean the room when we leave and the cleaner even organizes my things fhat were on the table.

Big, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location is 15 mins to the main Plaza and Cathedral. Bought ready meals from the Mercadona and they were excellent. Our rooms overlooked the waterfall. Breakfast area was excellent, good choices of hot/cold meats and cheeses Had a good night stay, parking the hotel for 12 euro. However, a little tight on the turns for a big van. They have a 3rd floor exit to walk the city which was great. Thank you!

The staff were fantastically helpful - they really went above and beyond to help us park our hire van and store our bikes. And every staff member we met, including housekeeping staff, greeted us with a smile Excellent bike storage room off the car park. Easy walking route (5 mins) to the old town out a back door. Big room, comfortable bed Good shower

The hotel is very nice, with good view and located in a very calm neighborhood. Everyone was super nice and helped us with any issue we got, for example we had to leave quite early our last day and we didn’t have time enough to have breakfast, so they packed our breakfast for “pick up”. The bedroom and bed were very cozy and comfortable.
